Question: What’s the deal with seaweed?
Answer: Seaweed or sea vegetables are delicious when prepared well. Rich in minerals, trace elements, vitamins and fiber, they build bones and muscles, nourish the skin, nails and hair, cleanse and revitalize the body.
Sea vegetables also protect and heal the harmful effects of electro-magnetic fields and radiation, thankfully since we are surrounded by alternating currents of electricity in our homes, work place and are constantly using cell phones, computers and other appliances.
Most common sea vegetables are: agar, arame, dulse, hiziki, kombu, mekabu, nori, sea palm and wakame.
