What oils do you recommend for daily cooking?

Question: What oils do you recommend for daily cooking?
 
Answer: Choose unrefined organic quality cooking oil. What I use most is untoasted sesame oil, toasted sesame oil, extra virgin olive oil and sunflower/safflower oil.
These oils are good for cooking only it is important not to overheat them – if the oil smokes or burns discard it and start over. Oil becomes carcinogenic when it burns!
